INTELLIGENCE DIRECTOR

NEGROPONTE

Both the Democrats and the Republicans are agreeing that John D. Negroponte is just another layer of bureaucracy instead of an agency that streamlines intelligence as it was meant to be. Both parties feel that he hasn't done his job and is just adding to the problems the intelligence agencies already had.

When he was overseeing the change in Iraq after the fall of Saddam Hussein, Millions in Iraqi money was smuggled out under Negroponte's nose. If that can happen, what does that say for intelligence information that he is supposed to oversee?
