MEDITATION GAINING ACCEPTANCE

ACCEPTANCE

Used to be only the fringe element or counter culture believed in meditation. Some even thought it was a form of mind control. But now the mainstream is seeing the benefits of mediation. Even schools are using it to better focus their students.

Meditation lowers the blood pressure and calms the mind, which can help student who are over stressed about their grades and homework. In the work place they are encourage it.
