I think that some of the teens that do stuff now its because of how stuff is at home im not saying all of them are like that but there are some kids who dont have a great home like their parents let them do what they want and dont care but there are a few who just do stuff when they really have no reason to

You're right, some teens act out because of their home life. And many parents today are busy working and so as long as their kids are not up under them, they don't care what their kids do.

Others come from abusive situations, and acting out is their way of dealing with it. But, there are some who just believe that they can do what they want and because they are teens, no one can do anything about it. That's where I agree with Mojo, the parents need to used the belt more often before their kids are teens and out of control.
