What I would like to know is why, since most of those on board were elderly and or handicapped, there weren't life vest put on these people. You don't do it after an incident has happened, you put them on just in case something happens.

I'm just short of my Masters Degree in Psychology. I would like to be a teen counselor because its a difficult time in a person's life and most teens just need someone to talk to and understand the pressures they are under.

lifevests just take away from the touring event....
this is akin to comments made about Rita evacuations after Katrina.
