I actually mis-spoke about the above article earlier, it wasn't one hospital's policy change, it was a change on the National Organ Sharing Registry, centered in Virginia. The National Registry (after the controversy of Hagman's, Crosby's and Mantal's transplants) will not longer put patients on the list if their condition was the result of risky behavior, ie, alcohol or drug related.
