That's a strong statement. Prove it. Otherwise, your whole argument falls apart. Prove it.


RISKY BEHAVIOR

For the same reasons I had stated before and for those well known cases, one particular hospital restructured their organ transplantations. They no long accepted those patients whose conditionn resulted from risky behaviors, ie, drinking, drug use.
