CHIEF JUSTICE

ROBERTS

Because of his young age, Roberts will have a long time to put his mark on the decisions handed down from the highest court. One good sign is that he appears to be the type to want to openly discuss cases with the other justices, instead of the "hour per case" way that Rhenquist had done. Sometimes it takes a while for everyone to see things the same way.

The questions that most want to know, about abortion rights, the Pledege of Aligence, and many more that have had people wondering where the court is going, hopefully will be answered soon.

If Dubya puts another conservative on the bench to replace S.O'conner, I can certainly guess where they'll be headed...
