OIL RIGS

OIL SUPPLY

Okay, I don't want to sound like some nut job or a conspiracy theorist, but I distinctly remember that after both hurricanes went through, all the news reports were that although some rigs were knocked off their moorings, no major damage was done to them or the supply lines.

NOW, after all the stories about rising gas prices, this story about how much damage those storms did to the oil rigs. It just seems like they are tailoring the news to fit the beliefs. Just like after Katrina came ashore they were worried about the supply lines that feed oil to the south east. They first said they were damaged and it would take a while to repair, then they said that NO, a few pumps were knocked off line but they should be back up and running soon. Its almost like you can't believe the news anymore.
