This goes to show that there is an organized effort to make the Republicans look bad and the Democrats look better. Governor Blanco was not asked one question about Katrina. She is the one who would not issue a mandatory evacuation order until President Bush forced her to. Then she made no effort to call out the National Guard, which anyone with a lick of sense knows that the governor has the power to do. Then on the night Katrina hits, she goes into the Emergency Management offices looking for anyone that can drive a bus so they can get people evacuated. AND SHE DOESN'T GET A SINGLE ANSWER ABOUT HER RESPONSES TO THE STORM!!!!
I can't see why she was given a pass when they grilled Brown about his decisions.
