CRIMES

Its looking like all those horror stories we heard right after the levees broke and people were stranded in the Superdome or convention center were more fear that fact. Stories that a 9 yr old was raped and killed, that women were constantly gang raped. That armed thugs had taken over the city. Grant it there were a few armed thugs but not the apocalyptic crime spree that was rumored to be taking place there.
