SENTENCES
It's about time they did that. Usually a person gets life and he's out like in 15 yrs. People get tired of those who committ crimes and spend only a short time in prison. All of the sentences should be definite, not like 10-15, or 20-life. The judges need to hand down more specific definite sentences. If the sentences are the maximum allowed, then the criminals might think twice about committing crimes.

tsk tsk tsk.
There is not enough room. You can't build more without some azzhat saying "not in my backyard". So to allow the newly convicted, you have to make room by letting some out early.
