FORCED EVACUATIONS

This is something New Orleans Mayor Nagin should have done before Katrina came ashore. Now there have been cases of the Norwalk Virus, the same virus that appeared of several cruise ships recently. So, for health reasons, Nagin is sending in the police and national guard to compel people to leave for their own health concerns.
