Someone is screwing up big time by pumping that water out. Doesn't anyone remember that one neighborhood in New Orleans was built over a toxic waste dump?

I don't remember the one in New Orleans, but I remember Love Canal, NY. That neighborhood was built over a toxic waste dump. And I've heard recently, that they are trying to sell those house again after all that time. Love Canal happened in the 70s I think
