CLEANUP
The water is being pumped out and New Orleans is beginning the process of cleaning up. The water that remains in the city has become a toxic stew and Mayor Nagin is re-issuing a mandatory evacuation of the remain citizens of New Orleans, for their own health and safety. And soon the inquiry will start as to who dropped the ball.

it started a few days ago. I saw Oprah yesterday, she was furious.
And Chris Rock was with her handing out food, he was near tears....
Someone is screwing up big time by pumping that water out. Doesn't anyone remember that one neighborhood in New Orleans was built over a toxic waste dump?
