I hate to agree with Howard Dean but I have to admit I like his idea about those who are here working and paying taxes should be given citizenship, afterall, they are acting like citizens. Those who are here and being paid under the table and not paying taxes should be sent back. Why should they benefit from programs they are not contributing to?
