Gee, the FDA rejects a drug for over the counter use and it gets Congress all worked up. I thought that was the role of the FDA, to control the drugs. Known as the morning after pill, it has anti abortionist calling for its rejection. So, had it gone over the counter, that would mean that girls in their teens could get access where they would have to see a doctor to get a prescription for birth control pills. That would encourage more girls to have unprotected sex. So, for once the FDA does the right thing and Congress gets upset, even calling for an investigation.
