SEIZED FUNDS
This is what they should do with all cars, monies and assets seized during raids. Take the funds and put themm to use either for law enforment, or better yet, schools.

They do that in Prattville, Alabama. One cop drives a Mercedes turned into a black and white and another drives a Camaro. Both siezed in raids.
