Using definitions of 4 or 5. An atheist is entitled to his religion of no religion?

Definition 3. Can you be an Atheist and Spiritual at the same time?


Religion is defined as:

Atheist:
One who disbelieves or denies the existence of God or gods.

Therefore atheism cannot be considered a religion because of its own definition.
