OIL PRICES

I agree, there needs to be an investigation into the increase of gas and oil prices. Rita hasn't even hit the Gulf yet and already oil companies are raising their prices. I think the Federal Government should do what they did when Hurricane Frederick came through and fine all those oil companies for what the Government called "windfall profits." Those profits should be returned to the public, in "gas giveaways" or something to that effect.
