NEW ORLEANS

Someone check the calendar, I think Hell has frozen over. The mayor of New Orleans and the Governor of LA both listened to FEMA and slowed the re-population of New Orleans. They were so head strong about bringing people back. Someone must have finally gotten through their hard heads that its not safe for them to all be coming back. Maybe there is hope yet for New Orleans. And the major has issued a mandatory evacuation and even got buses to drive the people out!!!! Is there no end to this miracle????
