This is not the first time this has happened. It happened here several years ago. Very sad. It is happening more than we will know unfortuanly.

Even once is too many. I realize in some states the Social Services Dept. are understaffed, but every effort should be made to check on kids, especially those that are adopted. These kids could be psychologically scarred for life because of this.
