SOUTHERN SPIRIT

You can't keep the south down for long. In spite of the hurricane and damage, some businesses in New Orleans refuses to give up. One bar stayed open during the storm and hasn't closed since the storm either. A lot of places in the business district never flooded so they stayed open. As my grandmother used to say, "Come Hell or high water", well, New Orleans has experienced both.

yeah, keep the bars open so they can get drunk and then go cause mischief.

a bar is one of the last things that need to be left open....
