GOV'T LIES ABOUT SOLDIERS DEATH

The Gov't had listed the death of 1st Lt. Kenneth Ballard, as killed in action, even though they knew for over a year that it was a lie. They just recently told his family that he was killed when, after a battle, his tank was backing up when it hit a tree; a limb of that tree hit the breach of an automatic, unmanned gun, causing it to discharge. No reason was given for the delay in informing the family of the truth of his death
