PADILLA
The court have given President Bush the right to detain enemy combatants out of the powers granted to the President after 9/11 by Congress. Padilla is the "dirty bomb" suspect.

I'm just short of my Masters Degree in Psychology. I would like to be a teen counselor because its a difficult time in a person's life and most teens just need someone to talk to and understand the pressures they are under.
