TRAILERS

See? This is one of the problems Michael Brown didn't take care of. These trailers should have been brought in as soon as the storm cleared the area. Then, you wouldn't have the population of the City of New Orleans, spread all over the United States. They've had over 400 trailers sitting in a parking lot in Atlanta waiting for someone to give them the okay to bring them down.

Brown had no business being the head of FEMA if he had never taken part of any emergency situation. That's like putting an accountant in the ER and hoping he can handle an medical emergency.
