EVACUEES
I know that if I were among those that left New Orleans for Texas, I'd start feeling paranoid. They moved to another state and now they are under the threat of another major Hurricane??
I guess that's why someone last year redrew the United States after all those hurricanes that hit Florida.

Unless of course, Rita decides to turn northward and rehit the area, then I might actually believe the "Wrath of God" theory....
Makes for a better looking shape although the winters would have those Floridians shaking for a few years.
