At least the state saved money and didn't have to have a trial, and a killer is off the streets for the rest of his life.

I'm just short of my Masters Degree in Psychology. I would like to be a teen counselor because its a difficult time in a person's life and most teens just need someone to talk to and understand the pressures they are under.

How sad the police department isn't being congratulated on capturing a serial killer. I didn't realize there were time limits on solving crimes. I have to believe it is beneficial to them to solve all murder cases as soon as possible no matter what color the victims are.
