I disagree with that and your other comment because you have to remember all those countries that refused to send troops to Iraq. Lets see, there was Germany, France, Russia... All those countries have armies just as strong if not stronger than ours right now. They alone could put a stop to Iran's Nuclear development. But the UN never wants to get involved, they believe sanctions fix everything.
