MUSICAL ICE
FEMA
FEMA is still playing musical ice, sending trucks full of ice around the country or putting all that ice in storage, costing thousands of dollars. They want to be "prepared" for the next disaser.

I'm just short of my Masters Degree in Psychology. I would like to be a teen counselor because its a difficult time in a person's life and most teens just need someone to talk to and understand the pressures they are under.

that's an impossibility! They would have to store ice in a multitude of places....
