NEW PLAN

After a few months of falling short on recruitment goals the Army has begun working on a plan to increase their man power. One is increasing the signing bonus. Another is emphasizing computers and technology fields. Even going as far as issuing a "finders fee" to anyone who finds recruits for the 1st Calvary and 25th Infantry Division.
