The man that was beaten by New Orleans police officers said he was not drunk at the time of the incident and is happy that those officers well be dealt with. He holds no animosity toward New Orleans but doesn't not plan to return to the city.

Those officers that were involved in the beating will stand trial in January. They were also suspended without pay.
