Jerry Kilgore, in his bib to become Governor of Virginia, wants to crack down on illegal aliens, using all law enforce personal that he can. He wants to enforce a law passed recently that anyone arrested be held until their immigration status can be determined, something county officials said they will not do.
Kilgore attributes illegal aliens to the gang violence that has been occuring in the Arlington area.
He wants to sanction businesses that knowling hire illegal aliens. Something the business community is fighting against.
