And the murders will continue. Look at NYC, the murder rate went down after 9/11 for a while, but after all the hoopla died down, New Yorkers are back at it with they hatred for each other....the murder rate is back up to where it was prior to 9/11.
Well, look at what happened after Hurricane Katrina. All the violence that took place among those in the shelters.

With the Shelters after Katrina that was due to no Police Protection at all. They Should have saw that coming.
