Term limits is probably the only way to keep our judicial system from getting top heavy during one administration (such as how it's going to be very soon). Judgemental decisions need to be made by minds uncluttered by political garbage.

I agree, there shouldnt' be a lifetime appointment on the Bench. That could give one party too much control for too long of time.
