After a story on NBC Nightly News reported that some contractors were charging as much to put up blue tarps as it does to rebuild a entire roof, FEMA had reopened bids for Clean up and repair of the LA and MS areas.

I'm just short of my Masters Degree in Psychology. I would like to be a teen counselor because its a difficult time in a person's life and most teens just need someone to talk to and understand the pressures they are under.
