She hasn't' even came ashore yet and she's already claiming victims. A bus full of elderly and infirmed were heading for Dallas when it caught fire, killing at least 24 people on board. Some were on ventilators, which weren't the cause of the fire but contributed to the deaths. They were leaving Houston, to try and get out of the path of Rita. Right now they don't know what caused the fire.
