MAYOR'S RACE

I knew that Mayor Nagin was in trouble. With the 9th Ward people being displaced, he lost is base. The Lt. Governor is running against him in a run-off and it appears that the Lt Governor stands a good chance of winning. What that means for the city remains to be seen.
