Can you believe this? A man from Green Bay wanted to sell his 18 month old daughter for $7.000 to make home improvements. Plus, he said he could no longer take care of her alone. Apparently the mother is out of the country and the father doesn't think he did anything wrong. He's also from Vietnam, although is he a legal citizen of the US.

He thinks it's unfair? Sounds like he wanted cash and a way to get his daughter back if he changed his mind by requesting no lawyers to be involved. How sad for the little girl to have such a poor excuse for a parent. Let's pray the mother was clueless to the situation and will step up and raise her daughter properly or they find a good loving home for her.
