PUBLIC ACCESS TV MAYBE NOT BE PUBLIC ACCESS MUCH LONGER

Because of the recent shake up at the coperation of Public Broadcasting, Congress is working on new legislation that will propose franchising fees and other methods of paying for the local use of public access TV. They are trying to lessen the impact Congress itself funds the CPA, since the last president of the CPA was accused of slanting the programming to a more conservative side.
