After the news that Alaska's Wildlife Refuge will be opened up for drilling, at least there is come good news for the environment. The U.S. Forest service is going to limit off road vehicles to designated areas. This will slow the damage done to the country's forests from previously unfettered access to off road vehicles. These new regulations will go into effect nationwide and it will be up to the individual park rangers to designate those areas that to be used.
