In spite of pressure from the US and Great Britian to step down, Iraqi Prime Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari refuses, saying that the Iraqi people must be allowed to chose their own leader. The US and England want to replace Ibrahim al-Jaafari because they want a stronger leader, someone who will put a stop the all the violence.
