FBI AND COAST GUARD SQUABBLING
PORT SECURITY
The protection of our ports is causing the FBI and the Coast Guard to fight over who is in control in case of a terrorist attack. Traditionally, the Coast Guard has protected our shores and ports, but under the new Home Land Security set up, the FBI feels its their job. In a time of a real crisis, this could lead to alot of confusion.

The problem is they created a new bureaucracy with the Dept of Homeland Defense. We all know what happens when more Government is created
