FLOATING ISLAND

I thought this was in interesting story because I've always thought of islands as stationary forms of land, not something that would float around a lake. To me that would seem like it would be a hazzardous situation. People could get seriously hurt by it. Landmark or not, they should something before someone gets killed by it
