FEDERAL JUDGE SAYS STATES HAVE TO SPEND THEIR OWN MONEY

NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND

Several states have gone to court to try to compel the Federal Government to assist in financing Bush's "No Child Left Behind". A Federal Judge said it was up to the states to fund the program with in their states. Some states, like Louisianna and Mississippi, can't afford to fund the themselves.
