Steven Avery had spent 18 yrs in prison on a sexual assault charge that the "Wisconsin Innocence Project" and DNA helped clear him of. Now, he is back in jail on a murder charge of Teresa Halbach, a 25-year-old photographer. And its DNA that has linked him to her murder. Through DNA, the police found Halbach's blood in Avery's bedroom along with his and his DNA on her car keys also found in his trailer. Those who worked so hard to get him released two years ago are now trying to avoid talking about him.

Could this be a scandal against a man who was proceeding with a lawsuit against the government for false imprisonment? Or is it a case of a good man spending time in a jail atmosphere gone bad??
