SURVEILLANCE

It's official, J. Edgar Hoover is still calling the shots long after he died. Well, maybe not but it sounds like his techniques. The FBI can't spy on the bad guys abroad so they they want to spy on people here. After all, wasn't Senator Joe McCarthy (R)WI, right when he claimed we would be attacked from within? Well, the "Red Menace" is long gone. And the ones who did attack us came from with in our borders but after they were allowed in under student visas and allowed to stay long after those visas ran out. So, had they not been allowed in, in the first place, we wouldn't have been attacked. Meaning the surveillance needs to be outside our borders on those who wish to enter and for what purpose. And once they are here, then keep their eyes on those people.
