BUSH'S GOAL HAMPERED BY INFIGHTING

TERROR FUNDS

One of Bush's goals after 9/11, was to cut off all funds to terrorist organizations. Well, this effort is being hampered by a battle between the State Dept. and the Treasury Dept.. Before the Treasury Dept can enter a country to show them how to stop funds to terrorist organizations, the State Dept. must clear them for such help. This has been causing a lot of problems because of the delay it takes for the State Dept. to give the okay for such co-opertation.
