CORPS OF ENGINEERS
LEVEES
The Army Corps of Engineers have stated that the original design of the levees caused their failure. They said that the "I" shaped design of the original Levee wasn't stroge enough to hold back the flood waters.

I'm just short of my Masters Degree in Psychology. I would like to be a teen counselor because its a difficult time in a person's life and most teens just need someone to talk to and understand the pressures they are under.
