DRILLING
Even putting it under the heading of National Defense, the bill to allow oil drilling in the Alaskan Wildlife Refuge was rejected. How does destroying a wildlife refuge contribute to National Defense?

I'm just short of my Masters Degree in Psychology. I would like to be a teen counselor because its a difficult time in a person's life and most teens just need someone to talk to and understand the pressures they are under.
