A TX girl, who was taken from her parents because they refused to allow her to receive radiation treatment for her Hodgkins Disease, is being allow to go back to her parents. Her condition as deterioated to where she once had an 80% chance of survival to now where she has just a 20%.

Her parents had refused to allow the radiation treatments because they were worried about the long term affects of the radiation. Because they refused, Child Protective Services removed her from her parents and put her in foster care, while she underwent the treatments. They said all the wanted all along was what was best for Katie.
